Entirely bespoke to suit you and your wedding, our fully personalised service encompasses all aspects of the O!SS experience including overall design concept and execution, design proposal with full colour palette, focus areas and elements, trusted supplier recommendations/bookings/meetings, full logistics and vendor management, personal assistance, a custom timeline and wedding sheet, rehearsal coordination and so much more.
As a couple, you can be as involved as you want in the planning process and enjoy the experience fully. There’s no late-night researching or going back and forth as to which vendors to use as we know the best and have worked with them many times before.
We will handle all of the nitty-gritty details and logistics which means you get to join in for all of the fun, meaningful decisions and aren’t being bogged down by replying to 1001 emails on a daily basis. We act as your buffer when it comes to family concerns (yes, it will happen) and we advise and guide you on what will make your wedding truly yours.
This level of service ensures that we will be with you every step of the way to create a wedding that is as unique as your love for one another.
This service is the perfect marriage of our wedding styling service and our month of coordination with a few extras added in. We will work with you to create the perfect aesthetic which will encompass all design aspects surrounding your ceremony and reception showcased through an overall design concept. This includes, but is not limited to, your invites, flowers, décor, lighting, cake, venue and signage. This service also includes overall vendor management and timeline creation as well as rehearsal coordination, so everyone knows where they need to be.
We will then be present during set-up, oversee the ceremony, be visible and accessible during the canapes and in the background during the reception until the cutting of the cake. This allows your MC the freedom to do what you’ve asked of him, but the confidence that there is someone available to help out if needed.
The following day we will then be back at the venue to make sure that all elements are collected and/or returned to the various suppliers.

Our wedding styling service encompasses all design aspects surrounding your ceremony and reception showcased through an overall design concept, including but is not limited to, your invites, flowers, décor, lighting, and cake. This service also includes design vendor management and on the day execution. We usually begin this with a style meeting that can last approx. 2-3 hours at your chosen venue.
We will then bring our design forward and liaise on your behalf, via email, with the venue, cake supplier, stationery and floral, décor and lighting specialists to ensure that the overall concept is seen throughout the wedding.
Three weeks before the wedding we will have our final consultation and table demo. This will guarantee that all the details have come together effortlessly.
On your event day, we will be present to oversee the setup and creation of our combined vision and ensure that every conceivable item is flawless.
The day after your wedding we will be back at the venue to make sure that all goods are collected and returned which means you and your family don’t have to worry about a thing.
Our month of coordination service is perfect for you if you have done all of the planning and are wanting/needing to have a professional present during the day to ensure all of the details run smoothly.
4 weeks before your wedding we will have a meeting where you “hand over” to us. This is where you give us all your plans and lists of elements you have chosen for your wedding. We will then make contact with all relevant suppliers you have hired and inform them that we will be the FPOC (first point of contact) on the day. We will work with them to finalize all the required timings of your wedding and then create a setup timeline that suits everyone involved.
If required, we will be present and direct your rehearsal to ensure the bridal party knows where they need to be. On the day itself, we will be at the venue during set up to ensure that all suppliers have arrived and are doing what they need to be doing.
An hour before the ceremony we will do a final check and then meet and greet your guests as they arrive.
